I thought the hotel staff was very nice. This is my second stay with them and I would go back. The price was right and they have shuttles that take you to DisnyLand. The only thing I would recommend is that you bring a pillow, because the pillows are feathers and flatten easy. Other then that I had a greate stay.

Not well advertised and in fact a couple people at the front desk didn't know about the policy, but the shuttle, when available, will provide transportation for guests anywhere within a 5 mile radius. Great for Fullerton Amtrak Station commuters in addition to Disneyland! The bed was very comfortable, the pool was clean and large. Housekeeping forgot to leave towels which was inconvenient, but the hotel was otherwise very clean. Powerful airconditioning! Rooms were slighly noisy with neighbors shutting doors, and don't expect continental, or even afforable breakfast in their resteraunt. However, the hotel is situated in the middle of a lot of resteraunts, fast food places too. I thought overall it was well worth the affordable price.

The rug was old and not very clean, the coffee in the room was terrible, no free internet as was specified, did not get the wake up call we asked for, they have this "enviornmental policy" you have to leave a card in the bed if you want your sheets changed we did and they did not!!! But it has a nice pool and a free shuttle to Disney, we've stayed at other hotels in this chain and they have been faaaaaaaar better.

This hotel was beautiful, with a very friendly and helpful staff. Their shuttle to Disneyland ran frequently and was literally only a ten minute ride. We stayed there for almost a week, and will definitely stay there again!!!

Our stay was supposed to be for two nights and I refused to stay there the second night. The rooms are very outdated and dirty (carpet, furniture and bathrooms.) The lobby is the only place that looks nice and updated. Do not let the pictures FOOL YOU!
