| Plusses: The room was clean and neat and the shower had good pressure, which is always a plus at a hotel! The free continental breakfast was good (waffles smelled great!). Newspapers available at no charge. Friendly desk staff. Good location, near to shopping and the CMU campus. Minuses: Thin walls--the man in the room next to us had a sneezing fit early in the morning and it woke us up. The hallway smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke, which was a turnoff. Bathroom towels were small and thin, but how much can you expect from a hotel? No restaurant attached, which is a consideration, but if you care about that there's a next door hotel with a good one. Overall: Overall a positive experience. There are always things that could be done to make it better, but I'd return as long as the rates remain competitive.

| Connecting to the wireless high speed connection was problematic. Once connected, the connection was "very low" and thus forced me to use a phone line connection to accomplish my work. The bed, however, was wonderful.
