Features
What to expect: Jurys Washington’s friendly staff welcomes business travelers and vacationers, and both groups value the hotel’s location near Washington’s embassies, think tanks, corporate offices, and entertainment districts. The contemporary lobby features velvet furniture, marble floors, and recessed shelves holding funky ceramic art. Outside the hotel is a busy and vibrant street scene, with sidewalk restaurants and trendy shops.

Amenity highlights: Free high-speed Internet access is available in the elegant guestrooms, which also have sleek black marble vanities and oval mirrors with beveled edges. Thoughtful touches include in-room safes, down pillows, and double-paned windows. Both the business center and fitness center are open 24 hours.

Insider tip: Guests can explore the urban charms of the hotel’s Dupont Circle neighborhood and take advantage of Rock Creek Park, a forested getaway just three blocks west on P Street. This hilly, wooded oasis cuts through Washington from north to south, with a network of trails for jogging and walking.

Dupont Grille - Blending 1960s retro touches with clean modern lines, this new restaurant offers glass-enclosed outdoor seating with views of Dupont Circle. The menu spotlights New American cuisine with French, Spanish, and Asian influences. Creative fare includes Graham Cracker-Crusted Flash-Fried Calimari, Vanilla-Cured Duck Breast, and Grilled Fillet with Stilton Blue Cheese Glacage.

Biddy Mulligan’s - This authentic Irish pub’s wooden bar was built in Ireland and shipped across the pond to form the centerpiece of this warm and cheery establishment. A room off the main pub features a fireplace, and sidewalk seating is perfect for Washington’s decidedly un-Irish sunny weather. As expected, Biddy Mulligan’s pours a mean pint of Guinness.

The room was very nicely appointed and a welcome break from the monotony of corporate hotels. The restaurant and bar in the hotel were also very reasonable and the service friendly. Couldn't ask for a better location in DC, especially if you like to see the town on foot.

This hotel has geat service and very nice rooms. Free wireless, too. Ask for a room on the renovated floor though. The room service is good and fast and the bar Biddy Mulligans is a fun place for dnner or drinks. Location is nice and there are lots of coffee shops and lunch places nearby.

On previous business trips to D.C. I stayed at hotels in Arlington and had to fight the traffic in the morning and on the way back at night. Last trip I stayed at the Jurys Hotel and was very satisfied. Nice room, reasonable pricing, good room service and food.Very nice bar. Best of all It was less than 10 min. to the job. I will definately stay there again.

This was my first to DC, and was not sure where to stay. I chose the Jurys Hotel based on other reviews on expedia-I was glad I did! The hotel was clean and comfortable. The service was above standard as was the room service (I ordered two dinners, and one breakfast during my stay, it was that tasty!). Moreover, the hotel was close to coffee shops, and trendy restaraunts.

I was excited to get a room in such an amazing location for a very reasonable rate (check the rate schedule on expedia.com, if you've got some flexibility). The location was convenient, the room was fantastic (save the lackluster view, but that's not what I was looking for). The staff was very friendly and helpful, and complimentary wireless internet never hurts. The restaurants seemed nice, but on a Saturday were a little too crowded for my liking, but there are so many options for food in that area, you can take your pick of anything you want. The Metro is right there, too - you can get anywhere in minutes. I would stay here again, definitely, and you should, too.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives. It isn't the largest hotel in DC but I always choose because it's accessible to the metro, the bus, taxi and to all places you want to reach. The staff are very accomodating; the hotel is kept immaculate at all times. If ever you need anything just ask. The water in the bathtub was not draining after taking a shower. I phoned the hotel desk and within 10 minutes it was fixed. Keep up the good work!

Excellent location in the heart of Washington. We booked two rooms for 6 adults and didnt have a single problem the whole trip with service or anything else. Valet parking was also great at a very reasonable rate. Wireless network was available at all times with no extra cost, there was a small gym too. The rooms were very nice and comfy with a view. I would recommend it to anyone.

Great location right on Dupont Circle. Extremely easy access to Red Line Metro. Fantastic large Irish pub joining the lobby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Any request was made to seem like their top priority. Check in was very fast and checkout can be done on the TV. Relatively large room with a king bed. I would stay here again given the good price.

there was no ice machine nor vending machines as indicated on 2nd floor; internet was disappointing, you would have to hook up to the telephone and dial a carrier (which constitutes a chargable phone call); careful opening the minibar as any sudden jarring of the door causes it to "think" you have consumed an item and will charge you for it; bellhops were extremely helpful

I did not expect too much checking into the Jurys Washington Motel. I was pleasantly surprised to meet the friendly staff and to have valet and room service. The rooms are on the smaller side but what they lack in size they make up with amenities. Great coffee, toiletries, room service menu, etc. The restaurant downstairs has great food and the bar is cozy and convenient. The staff is also very helpful when it comes to getting around the city. Jurys is in a perfect location. It is in the hub of several restaurants, coffee shops and other stores and it is just across the circle (hence Dupont Circle) from a metro stop. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.
