| Older hotel, very neat and clean, right on the beach, rooms small but confortable, fridge/coffemaker in rooms which were great, outside pool very clean, staff very friendly and helpful, contin.breakfast very good. Recommend to others.

| Very affordable (off-season). This is not a highrise hotel. It is a small, quaint hotel, but very well maintained. Rooms were very well appointed, but a bit small. The hotel is right on the beach, with a nice second story deck overlooking the ocean.

| Some of the front desk staff could have been a bit more helpful regarding information and guest services. The Breakfast staff was awesome, as they tried to keep food out and available to guests. I really like the Wireless Internet. The room we stayed in was great except that the bathroom shower was very "jumpy", the water temperature kept changing, then extremely hot, then freezing cold. (Needs some fixing). Rooms were clean and neat very quickly. Overall, good experience.

| Great location, very centrally located to lots of Outer Banks attractions. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was small, but o.k. for 2 people. The only complaint about room other than the cozy size was the water temperature in the shower. The water temp was very hard to regulate. If you like waffles, bagels, cereal, or a piece of fruit, this breakfast is for you. I would stay here again.

| The room that we had was a bit small but they have larger rooms. The room was clean and nice. The bed was firm and comfortable. The only complaint that I have, if you can call it one, was that the bathroom only had a stand up shower. We have stayed there several times and I am always pleased.
