Sofa couch was EXTREMELY uncomfortable!!!!! I ended up sleeping on the floor. In-room coffee was disgusting. I noticed that starbucks was being served in the dining room, why not include that in the room too?

Compared to other hotles in the area, this is one of the better, but is definitely more expensive. Not convinced the price is justified, although, again, in comparison to others it is one of the better places to stay. Could do a better job of segregating noisy families from travelers wanting a quiet room. I asked for a quiet room and was placed next to an 8-yr-old football team - at least 6 kids with parents. Not appreciated - my concept of the quality and class of the hotel dwindled after a noisy evening.

The hotel itself was very comfortable and clean. I did enjoy the made to order breakfast and the manager's reception at night. I did however have a problem with the way the housekeeping crew cleaned the room. One time they never came in to clean at all. We were apologized to and given a free voucher for a movie, but when housekeeping did clean I feel that a better job could have been done. I would recommend this hotel. It is very kid friendly. I would suggest though that the heated pool be heated a little more.

The hotel had a damp musty smell. Our non-smoking section had a smell of covered cigarette smell. Service was good. Front desk was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed breakfast.

We found the staff attentive, the food good, we have stayed at a another larger hotel from this chain in Orlando, which although it was higher rated, this hotel was just as nice.

I booked way in advance for a room with a King bed. When I got there , king beds were"sold out. Otherwise, it was an average hotel at best.

This is my first time to Flagstaff. Because we were just on our way to Grand Canyon, I didn't get to see much. There are many motels in town and I was worried that the Embassy Suite would be similar. But the suite was beautiful and clean and the hotel was wonderful. I am glad I stayed there instead of any other ones I saw in town.
