| Hotel was near airport but didn't hear one plane during the night! Manager at check-in was very pleasant. Breakfast bar was a bit brief, where's the fruit? Overall, a good bargain for a stay.

| Hotel rooms were very large and clean. They offered coffee makers, irons, iron boards, hair dryers, 24 hour front desk with a helpful staff! Breakfast was excellent, including eggs, waffles, muffins, juice, cereal, etc! Offered a large breakfast most hotels dont dream to offer. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Lincoln! Great Value! Great Price!

| Hotel staff was rude, smoking, on breaks, unaware of their own city for directions, unorganized. The signage for the hotel was extremely poor & the name under which I reserved the room had been changed.

| Staff were all very nice and helpful. Breakfast was better than most motels - including waffles, hard boiled eggs, many breads, cereals, coffee, juice, etc. Room key card was only hassle - had to be re-done every other day.

| This motel was one of the worst that I have ever stayed in. I have stayed in this motel probably 10 - 15 times over the past year and it continues to decline. Room was very dirty. Bathroom shower curtain was covered with mold on the inside and floors were extremely filthy. Very Disappointed with the quality and price I paid. Not sure that I will go back!!!

| I had to wait to check in. The girl was busy in the back and made me wait. Heater was noisy. Was put on the side of building by the interstate. So there was traffic noise!

| Arrived at 10 PM to find that a hotel within 2 miles of the airport had no shuttle available. Hired a taxi and arrived 30 minutes after I called. Upon checking in found out that the person (no longer there) had made my reservation arrival two days after I was to arrive. Worked that out and got a room (not what I had requested, but a room). Setup and tried to get online (I stayed at this Comfort Inn, because it advertised free high speed Internet). It was, at best, partially successful. In other words, I was online long enough to download my email and that was it. Their wireless was experiencing significant problems holding a signal. When I inquired at the desk the attendant said that had been experiencing problems for a few days?! So, I went to sleep. Upon arising one more attempt to get and stay online. Unsuccessful! Showered, went to breakfast and left for my meetings. When I returned at 5PM, went to my room to find it had not been serviced. Everything looked just as it did when I left that morning. Went to the desk and they apologized, but did not offer to clean the room. Said they would tell the manager in the AM. I had to leave before speaking to the manager, but I left a note for him and never heard a word. Wouldn't stay here again! However, with that said the room was clean and the breakfast good.

| Upon arriving to the room, we were greeted with body hair in the bathtub, and used towels hanging on the robe hook behind the bathroom door (which the front desk took care 4 hours later), and beds were rock hard and the spring could be felt. The sheets were rough and some of the pillows were old (no bounced left in them). Some of the furniture was in disrepair (drawers barely hanging on, chipped, water stained, etc.) When we went to get ice, the ice machine was leaking and towels were on the floor to soke up the water (there were still towels there when we checked out 2 days later). Because of the condition of our room we were afraid to use the hot tub or eat any of the food. (if they don't clean the room imagine how much upkeep is done on the hottub, can you say petry dish). We were forced to stay since we had already paid and didn't have extra money to get another hotel. However, we had our children stay with the relatives we were visiting in the area. I won't be back to this hotel, ever, or recommend it to anyone.
