| Room service never showed up! When I requested an additional pillow from the front desk I was told No. AC would not adjust. Remote controls did not work. Lightbulbs were broken. Leg of dining table was "propped" so the table would not fall. The shower head was clogged and barely provided a steady stream of water.

| The hotel was wonderful. The check in and out were easy and quick. The staff were personal and friendly, plus the room was amazing. Plenty of space and was always tidy. The amenities were wonderful, I would definitely recommend!

| Was there as part of a wedding last week. Check-in was easy though the staff answered and remained on the phone during the entire process (personal calls even). Then the high-speed internet in the rooms didn't work (the entire floor was out.) I talked with the toll-free tech support and they said the front desk would be contacting me to resolve the problem--that never happened. The room was comfortable and of good size, though next time I'm in the area I may be looking for someplace else. Indoor pool and hot tub was nice. Breakfast was quite lacking--go over to the Boardwark (~20 mins) and have breakfast on the ocean.

| The lobby and public areas are nice, but the rooms need to be updated.The rooms are clean and everything works, but the TV's are old and beat up and so are the bathroom fixtures. I would stay there again but not my first choice.

| The staff was helpful and very nice! Great location of hotel, close to everything... The rooms are a good size and the very clean. The staff is always willing to help you out to make you happy. Great overall customer service!

| The hotel is conveniently located off the Garden State Parkway, near shopping. The room was clean and comfortable. It had ample room and amenities such as a fridge and microwave. There was also a PC in the lobby with internet connection that could be used for free. Breakfast was free and fantastic - eggs, cereal, toast, bagels, etc.

| Dark, dingy, staff tried to keep it clean but old dirty furniture and poor lighting was impossible. Highly touted breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs and sausages every day for 15 days. Plumbing unreliable and refrig tiny.

| The hotel more than met my expectations, the rooms were clean and very spacious and the price was more than affordable...it is in a very good location near highways and restaurants, the shore is only a short drive away, I would stay in this hotel anytime.

| Most suites we stay at have full size fridges and kitchen equipment. This one had a mini fridge and a microwave only. Breakfast was great!!! Eggs and sausage, bagels, toast, danishes, cereal, fruit..... Cost per night was cheaper than expedia told us....a big plus!
