What to expect: Business and government travelers tired of cookie-cutter lodgings find this chic, modern hotel a welcome change of pace—and a comfortable refuge from the pressures of work. Amenity highlights: Guestrooms in this all-suite hotel have kitchenettes with a range, microwave, wet bar, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Business travelers appreciate the two telephones with data port and voice mail, as well as the hotel’s laundry and dry cleaning services. The hotel offers a free Continental breakfast in the morning and fresh-baked cookies and milk in the evening. Insider tip: The Lincoln Suites is a great starting point for exploring Washington. The White House and National Mall are within walking distance (6 and 9 blocks, respectively). For a true local experience, head north for several blocks to Dupont Circle, a lively urban neighborhood with restaurants, bookshops, and gorgeous old brownstones. A bit farther north on 18th Street (a cab ride back to the hotel) is the Adams-Morgan neighborhood, known for its nightlife and excellent Ethiopian restaurants.
All guests enjoy a complimentary breakfast. Doors from the hotel lobby lead to two restaurants (not affiliated with the hotel): Recessions - Mediterranean cuisine served in a warm yet stylish atmosphere. Mackey’s - An Irish pub that pours one of the best pints of Guinness in town, and serves fish and chips as delicious as those in the British Isles.

| We didn't get any welcome, any smile, any "how are you today". Staff was unfriendly as possible, ingnoring you... However the room was big and clean, and the location of the hotel is great !

| This hotel is great for the price range in an expensive city. It is walking distance to all the museums, white house and the Washington monument. Although the staff were very friendly, they were not very informed about the neighborhood but a manager was luckily on hand to answer questions. The price for car parking next door was very high but because we were on a driving trip, had no other option. I would not recommend driving in the city anyway. We would definitly go back.

| This was a worn-out overpriced property. So-called "high speed" internet was dial up.

| The "suites" was a bit deceiving. I booked under Lincoln Suites and when I arrived they were The Quincy. First impression was bad as after a full day of traveling and walking to the hotel from the metro (my choice) I arrived durring a shift change. The girl leaving said she couldn't help me and the girl there was on a personal phone call with boyfriend talking about problems they were having. After about 7 minutes standing there listening and embarased, I finally asked if I could check in and she "accomadated me". The room was adequately clean but old carpet etc., closet doors were rusty and just gave the impression of old hotel with worn out rooms. The water barely trickled in the shower. 2 different metro lines only 2 blocks away was the best part. The location was great but for the $ I should have stayed at another hotel just around the block. Nothing to impress you here except maybe the huge towels.

| For our first anniversary we visited this hotel based on its convenience and other reviews on this site. The hotel was by far not a suite, at least not by expectation and the milk and cookies were not as "warm and fuzzy" as the description states. Would go again if only for a short trip.

| Simple and convenient. This hotel will not overwhelm you, but the price is right and the location really could not be more convenient. Check in/out was very quick and efficient. Only downside is an expensive garage that closes at 7p. But finding street parking in the area was not difficult (and free!).

| The hotel rooms are hughe and nice furnished. I was a little bit disappointed about the breakfast and the breakfast-room. But it was included and that is more than you can expect in other hotels.

| A clean, very large room with the all the things you'd expect from a chain hotel (iron & ironing board, hair dryer) and then some (kitchenette, microwave, refridgerator). You cannot beat the location. I was concerned about the bar next door but it wasn't too loud. Again, perfectly situated and a bargain. One big problem thought which I'm hoping they'll resolve soon - no broadband.

| The front desk service was excellent. During check-in, the receptionists curteously explained the free pass they give for a local gym as well as a complimentary deluxe continental breakfast. The location is smack in the middle of town (only a few blocks from the White House), making both business meetings and tourist locales easy to visit. The room itself was spacious for a standard hotel room although calling it a "suite" is a bit of a stretch. The building itself appears to be somewhat old but is kept in good condition.
