| The hotel is old and it shows. The rooms are okay for a short stay. We were not impressed with the parking garage. Very poor indication of elevator location in a very dark area. The area was full of old room furniture and covered with dirt and leaves. Despite the poor condition of the motel, the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful during our one night stay.

| Best thing about this hotel is the location, near the airport and 5 mins from bus 98B which goes to central Vancouver. The rooms look dated, but everything worked ok. I thought it was a little over-priced (but not by much).

| room was hot, muggy, and had an odd smell. Dropped off luggage, closed drapes, turned on lights and air conditioning and left for the afternoon. Came back to find hotel staff had ented room and shut off AC and lights and opened drapes. Thank god luggage was locked. Spent night sweltering in puddle of sweat. Seems energy conservation means more than customer comfort

| Took my dad there for his flight out of Vancouver the next day. Room was okay, although not the cleaniest. Hotel is old, and cheap looking. But free shuttle to airport, cheap room, and close to richmond chinese food places. Probably wont' stay there again.

| the size of the room was impressive for the cost how ever the looks of the hotel on the inside are shaby the rooms are rustic to be kind. the out side of the motel was nice they should spend the same amount of attention to the inside of the hotel. they had a hot tub jacuzzi that looked like it had not been cleaned all winter. looked like mud in the tub from the room window. the best aspect of the hotel was the shuttle service. the highspeed inernet access was a lobby terminal. nothing offered in the rooms

| This hotel is an inexpensive place to stay thats in a great area of Richmond, BC. There is room service until 10pm from the hotel restaurant that is very convient when you want a cozy night inside. There are also restaurants that will deliver. It is very easy to find and about 10 minutes away from the shopping center and movie theatre.
