| Motel is seperate from the Front Desk building. High Speed Internet needed a security key, which we had to call the front desk for. Fridge and counter area were nice; wide variety of cable channels. We left too late for the doughnuts in the lobby building. Service was what is to be expected from a budget priced Motel.

| One of the best price in Carson City. Basic rooms. Ask for upper floor as on the lower rooms U hear the steps and noise from the upper one. Again good price !!

| Fair business/family Motel for short stay. Rooms generally cleaned by mid-afternoon. First floor rooms (rented two) had ant problem, near bathroom/wall electrical sockets -- Management notified -- may be related to daytime room refurbishment on 2nd deck. Motel offers packaged pastry / coffee (thermos), and free USA Today in mornings - adequate. Nearby Dennys (1/2 mile south - serves good breakfast. Office Staff was generally courteous and helpful - though limited in trouble service response. Small but adequate rooms had firm beds, plentiful hot shower water - strong flow (some trace mold in bathroom corners), good manual locks (dead-bolt), and fairly good parking near room. Contrary to first impression -- area looks low-rent but is fairly quiet -- parking area is shared with an adjacent do-it-yourself carwash. Easy access to main N-S highway/freeway, capital (Carson City), resort (Tahoe), and gambling (Reno/Downtown C city) complexes.
