This hotel was very clean and the staff was great. However, it is in the need of being updated and it's needing it. The rooms seem to be done, but now their working on the outside. Overall, I think it's a pretty hotel.

Our experience at Hotel Preston was very pleasent. The hotel is located minutes from Opry Mills Mall and just minutes from the Nashville Zoo. The staff was very friendly and very helpful with directions to local attractions. The pool was very well taken care of also. We just wished they has access to a on site laundry facility, we needed to clean our clothes and had to leave the hotel to do so. Regardless,if we go back to Nashville to stay I would diffinately stay at the Hotel Preston.

This is a great hotel for the price! As an interior designer, I was so impressed with the attention to detail. The beds and white linens were so far above even some of the "finer" Nashville hotels. Please go to the Hotel Preston as fast as you can. They really know how to make traveling an interesting experience with their comtemporary decor, lava lamps and betta fish. Even the dialogue on their literature is sassy, fun and unexpected. They seem to enjoy what they do unlike so many chains of hotels. The staff was friendly but didn't know about the perks on the package we booked and said it was not correct.

This is a great hotel. It's next to one of the highways in Nashville, making it easy to get where you need to go. It's so relaxing. They have tons of pillows and a featherbed comforter. Ahhhh...so great. There was plenty of room in our guest room. They have a restaurant downstairs that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner (all good) and have room service if you would rather dine alone.

The beds were great, plenty of great pillows. Food was very good. Big nice pool. My kids got to have a lava lamp, a real fish and a bamboo plant while they stayed there. Hotel offers other cool things also. Highly recommend.

I liked this hotel because it was different from many of the other ones out there. The idea of offering lava lamps, bamboo plants, and pet fish was very welcoming. The hotel is nicely kept and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again, and would recommend it to others.

My husband and I were very happy with the accomodations at Hotel Preston. It almost felt like we were on our honeymoon, so we ordered the romantic package (champagne, choc. covered strawberries, etc.). We would definitely stay here again.
