Convenient to major highways, this 11-building hotel is within two miles of restaurants, and within six miles of the University of Rochester and the Rochester Institute of Technology. Complimentary airport transportation is provided, every day, from early morning until early evening. Also complimentary are daily buffet breakfasts, and light fare and beverages at Monday–Thursday social hours. A 24-hour, self-service market stocks snacks, and grocery shopping is also available. The lobby offers two computers, a printer, and both high-speed Internet access and wireless Internet access are complimentary. On-site recreation is provided in a fitness room, and a seasonal outdoor pool and spa tub. A multi-purpose sport court, open year-round, offers basketball, volleyball, and tennis. Pets are accepted (surcharge) and parking is free.

| We've stayed here many times but this one was disappointing. Hotel is under construction. Mouldy bread for toast. Hot water had coffee grounds. Hotel needs quality control...
