| Recomended a non-smoking room and got a smoking one. The A/C couldn't be used when it was 90 degrees because the smell from it was smoke. I had the hotel come look at it and all they did was spray air freshner in the room. When I arrived there was standing water in the sink and it couldn't be drained. There was no maintenance crew to fix it. I couldn't open the window because there was so much noise from traffic and neighbors fighting.

| There are only two things I could possibly comment negatively upon. The first is that there is no refrigerator in the room, although, if you request one you can get one. But, overnight guests shouldn't be concerned with this. And, lastly, the shower stalls are quite small. I don't know if there is differnce among rooms but this would be a worthwhile upgrade. Other than those two comments I can't think of anything negative for this hotel.

| The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable.Halls were very quiet, so we got a good night's sleep. The restaurant is staffed by culinary students from Johnson & Wales, so the food and service were both outstanding! The elevator was located in the far corner of the building and was very small.

| The hotel offers value for the price. Hotels in the same price range lack character, which this Inn has. Even certain charm, I would argue... Service needs improvement, but I understand students practice there, so I can live with that (Waiters wanted to lift the tables just a minute after 10am, the breakfast deadline).

| The hotel staff was friendly and the rooms were clean but the rooms are in desperate need of updating. I was disappointed that it had been rated as a three-star hotel.

| Not a five star hotel, but simple and dignified. The service and the food are outstanding because it's a training ground for future chefs and hotel managers. Enjoy your stay.

| Overall, my family enjoyed our stay in this hotel with good service, clean and comfortable room. However, continental breakfasts were subpar without the most basic milk. On Sunday morning, we were not allowed to eat the simplest continental breakfast in the dinning area. Instead, everyone was forced to eat in the lobby.
