| I just returned from 6 days at the Windsor Court. The hotel was beautiful. I didn't see any other hotel in New Orleans that compared. The lobby was large and well appointed and had a wonderful english tea served every afternoon. We stayed in the largest deluxe suite. It was perfect. We had many room service meals and the food was wonderful as well. The location is walking distance to everything and is in a quiet area. If I return to New Orleans I will definitely stay here again.

| The Windsor Court Hotel is a lovely hotel with fine service. Our suite was spacious with a small kitchenette. However, there was no microwave in the kitchen and there was room for queen size beds. We had regular sized beds. No one should leave the hotel without going to the New Orleans Grill. It is a beautiful restaurant with a nice breakfast buffet.

| Every establishment in New Orleans is suffering from lack of help which is reflected in service. The only down side of this hotel was the restaurant was just a "little off". I am sure that with time it will again be fine dining.

| In a good location (5-10 minutes walk to French Quarter). Lobby and rooms were very clean and comfortable. All the staff were professional and helpful. Would definitely stay there again. Hopefully this place and others will help bring the tourists back to New Orleans - as there is still plenty to do and see there.

| While my stay was less than 24 hours, the hotel was lovely and very nicely appointed. My only request would have been that they provide bathrobes for guests.

| I think that the Windsor Court is doing as well as can be expected in post-Katrina conditions. I was a little inconvenienced by the lack of food service at this point - specifically no room service before 11:00 AM, especially if they aren't going to put a coffee maker in the rooms (they do provide a daily self-serve coffee service on the second floor). There is also no concierge service right now, but the desk staff is a capable substitute if all you're looking for is advice on good restaurants that that have reopened. They are back to daily tea which is nice, but it can be a little weird if you've been out about town to see the devastation & contrast it with the "bubble" that is the CBD & French Quarter. The Windsor Court is still a beautiful, elegant hotel but there is a different reality as little as 5 miles away. Get out there & check it out.

| A wonderful hotel is operational again with the same standards of hospitality and service you would expect if you had stayed previously. It is wonderful to know that although much has changed in the city, somethings can be counted upon. The Windsor Court is one of those.
