| The people at the front desk were not very friendly. There was a small problem with my room and they took care of it right away. I payed for three adults but they booked only a king room this was taken care of with a phone call. Then I was told that only 2 of our breakfast were free I would have to pay for one. Then I was told that the hotel dinning room would not take a cashier check so I went back to the desk. She informed me that they do. When I asked for change for the washing machine and dryer I was told they could only give me $2. dollars in change and I need $3.00.

| We really enjoyed just about everything about this hotel except the breakfast service rule it has that when more than 100 or 200 rooms are filled they go to a buffet style that has a very bad serving island. The glass cover on it is so low that it almost seems they build it like that on purpose so that you will not be able to reach all of the food they have or you will not want to bother with going back the second time. And it seems that their chiefs are not fast enough in getting more food out in a reasonable time. Their toasters are very, I mean very slow. It seems that they are under staffed. The workers really work very hard and are very pleasant with these improvements this hotel can be one of a kind. Other than this we loved it and we would go back again to this hotel. I have already recommanded it to our school there for a place to consider for the next summer session scheduled and will recommanded to anyone planning to vist Denver.

| Good free buffet breakfast in the morning. Room was clean, no problems or charge for plug in internet service. Convenient location off expressway with several nearby restaurants. Friendly staff. Food at in hotel restaurant (Damon's) was mediocre. I would probably stay at this hotel again the next time I am in the area.

| The hotel was very comfortable and the breakfast was great. It was nice to get to order a hot breakfast instead of having just juice and rolls. Because we were there for four days a refrigerator was brought to our room which helped a lot. We enjoyed having snacks and cool drinks in our room. Our room was located very close to the elevator and it was very easy to get from our car in the parking lot to our room without carrying things for a long distance. It was also very close to the company where our training classes were held.

| The workers were nice and the room was okay. Only three complains: 1- the hotel seems to attract big group of people with lots of noise out side of their room 2- the hotel doesn't live up to the posted pictures 3- we both got sick after eating at the hotel restaurant and bar "Damons". If you plan to stay in this hotel you better stay away from this restaurant
