My husband and I stayed at the Park Lane with our 20-month-old son for the convenience to the park and shopping. My husband was in Hong Kong on business and we wanted to be able to walk everywhere - which we did. The deluxe park or harbour view room was better than expected, with both park AND harbour views. My son spent a lot of time watching the people on the street below from the window of our 17th-floor room. The room was a good size, although you can never have too much space with a toddler! I ordered room service a couple of times and it was fairly fast, with very nice food. At some places you hang out the "clean my room now" sign and it is still there when you come back - not at the Park Lane. The cleaning staff are very efficient. We had a good experience and will definitely stay here again.

I've stayed in Hotels in Hong Kong for the past 33 years and have become very picky with the hotels that I choose. The Park Lane met with all my expectations and then some. The recent remodeling has brought this hotel up to a very high standard. In addition to the great location across from Victoria Park, the location is extremely convenient to shopping (of all kinds), restaurants and the MTR station only one and one half blocks away. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for stays of any type, business or pleasure.

Good hotel for the people who like to live in Causeway Bay. Not so far from MTR (underground). It's recommended to choose the room with the seaview or parkview.

The Park Lane was more than what I expected in overall terms. Room size was more than adequate compared to similarly priced hotels in the city. Also had a nice view of Victoria Park and part of the harbour. Staff was unusually helpfull and dedicated for a hotel this size. However, I was confused by the advertising and thought Internet services were included in the room rate. Had to pay additional charges. Also the hotel was not included in the free bus route to Convention Center and had to walk a couple of blocks. Not a major problem unless it is raining. Location is vey good for both business and shopping. My overall impression is the Park Lane offers a good value for your money. I recommended it over similarly rated hotels and will be going back.

If you are looking to stay at a decent place in Hong Kong, but don't want to spend $500 US per night, this is a good choice. Cabs are cheap into Central for business and it is also on the subway line. It's not the Four Seasons, but not their price either and it is respectable for meetings.

This is primarily a business hotel, but there were other vacationers there as well. The rooms were fairly large, well kept, with nice views of Victoria Park and the Causeway Bay area. It is one block away from an MTR (subway) station. There is airport pick at cost (check the hotel's website for details) and free shuttle bus service to get to Hong Kong station and the airport express for your trip back. The Cafe on site is open for all meals, and offers a wide buffet selection for fairly reasonable prices. There is also a restaurant on the top floor. You can book several day tours from a tour desk in the lobby, although it seemed to be staffed only in the afternoon.
