The hotel has recently been remodeled and for the price is a terrific value. The service provided by everyone, especially the manager was fantastic. I would certainly stay there again the next time I am in Billings.

The Clock Tower looks nice in pictures, but I didn't realize it was in a crouded part of town near the GreyHound Station. They have nice rooms, but the outside maintenance is lacking.

Be careful of this one. It is divided in two parts. The newer part is above average, but the older part has no elevator, poorly working conditioning and heating, and is generally falling apart. Make sure they don't put you in the old part/

Even though some of the hotel was under remodel construction the room and staff were excellent and very pleasant. I will stay there again when ever I return to Billings. Central location to downtown filled with terrific stores and galleries. Wonderful happy community.

I was very impressed by the staff at Ponderosa Inn. All were very friendly and helpful. The courtesy van was at the airport in less than ten minutes of my call. The driver was most friendly and pointed out various landmarks and main streets of downtown Billings. Check in was quick, my room was clean and very comfortable and well appointed. The contenental breakfast was good, with a variety of breads, pastries, and fruits. I had no problem with the area being unsafe and loved the location in downtown.

Ponderosa was well-located for our needs. Our family found the room comfy and relaxing. I'd recommend the Ponderosa to people stopping in Billings. The continental breakfast was better than many - fresh orange juice, great coffee, and a nice variety of foods. Nice place.

Unfortunately, this hotel was in a less than safe neighborhood, so even retrieving items from the car was an issue. I stayed in the hotel twice (to and from my destination) and both times the air conditioner did not work properly in my rooms so sleeping was uncomfortable on those hot summer nights.
