| I went there with my family just to have a Getaway weekend. Starting from the Reception desk to Concierge, Breakfast buffet Mgr, Omlette Maker, Breakfast waitress, all went out of their way to cater my need, even though I was not paying the premium price (I booked on a promotional offering). The ambience, Lobby, parking (valet), proximity of all attractions all add up to its value. Even if you pay the premium price, this hotel is perfect for leisure, as well as, business travel. All govt offices and all DC attractions are within maximum of 15 minutes of walk. The lounge at the 12th floor (club floor) was fantastic. The room size was more than OK. Quality of the beds and pillows were great. Bathroom was clean and toiletries were of highest standard. Proximity to Chinatown allows you to try authentic chinese food. I can go on and on. I give it two thumbs up.

| The Grand Hyatt in Washington D.C. was a very beautiful and relatively inexpensive place to stay in a good location. The hotel staff is very friendly, and the beds are the most comfortable available anywhere. The only possible downside to this hotel would be the prices in the dining establishments located within, as well as for certain hotel services (i.e. dry cleaning), but you can always walk down the street to Chinatown, across to Capitol Brewing Co. (excellent), or take a 5 minute Metro ride anywhere in the greater DC area.

| When I booked the hotel, I did so as a package deal which includes breakfast. When I checked in, if I had not pointed that out to the clerk, I would not have got the breakfast coupon to get the free breakfast. I thought this was cheap tactics for a hotel of this class. Otherwise the room was very confortable with luxurious bedding and bathroom amenities. Room service was prompt and the food fresh.

| The Grand Hyatt was beautiful. Close to all the great things to see in D.C. The cost to valet park was a bit steep, but it was easier than finding a spot on our own. The sports bar was fun and had good service. Unfortunately The main restaurant was only open for breakfast and lunch. The bed was very comforatable and the rooms were very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel.

| We were in town on business and the hotel was very convient to down town. Do not pay for the shuttle van from the airport, they need 24hour advance notice to drop off or pick up. We were very lucky that the hotel was on top of the light rail and it took us to the airport for a minimal charge. Thanks for making our trip enjoyable.

| This was a leisure trip to visit the Smithsonian Musuems and to just kick back and relax. The staff of the hotel were helpful and friendly. Responding to you by name frequently making you feel both welcome and important. Room service though pricey were quick to deliver. Breakfast buffet was decent and lunch was excellent. I would and will stay at this hotel again.
