| Air conditioner did not work at all the first night--very hot and uncomfortable. It eventually did cycle on and off, but was unpredictable. Eventually we froze at night & were too warm in the afternoons. The maintenance person said "It is colder than it should be--my thermometer says the air coming out is 57 degrees!" Faucet in the shower was connected backwards, i.e. turning clockwise to the right got hot water instead of cold & turning to the left got cold water instead of hot. I wanted to do laundry before coming home & went to the office to get change for the machines, etc. Was told "We have an electrical problem; please only use one machine at a time." Hauled my stuff down to the laundry only to find that the place was locked up tight &"out of order." When I called the office, I was told, "Oh, I guess someone is going to work on the problem. I just got to work and don't know what's going on." We requested a travel crib for our 2-year-old & were told there weren't any. Then I saw the cleaning staff pushing a crib around from room to room for three days, using it to carry their extra linens & supplies around with them. The room was reasonably comfortable & the bathroom was spotlessly clean, which I appreciated.

| Pretty much a basic hotel room although it was nice to have a refrigerator. The continental breakfast offered left alot to be desired. Ended up going to the restaurant next door for breakfast. Somewhat out of the way if you don't have transportation.

| Just spent a week there 5/14-21. A nice clean motel to stay at. If your looking to be pampered then look elsewhere. But if your looking for a place to just kick back and relax and enjoy the area this is a good place to stay at. Rooms are clean, pool is nice and people running it were very helpfull to me and my wife.

| The hotel was nice, but the service need to be more friendly, the clerck was friendly, maybe just need to give more information to the cliens about places to eat, other infomration such as address and vending machines, ice machines, etc
