| Only valet parking available and they charge for it. The maids were knocking on our doors by 8am. It was frustrating because they did it again within an hour and we were trying to sleep. They were loud in the hall.

| The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The location is within walking distance of all the downtown attractions (Wildhorse, Country Music Hall of Fame, Ryman, etc). Only complaint was that our room was across from a "Hotel Staff Only" room...people were in and out all night with the door constantly slamming shut. Ask for a room away from the elevators.

| Check in was terribly slow. Long lines and not enough staff. Valet service was extremely slow - again not enough staff to handle the load. Don't arrive AT check-in time and don't expect to retrieve your car from valet parking at peak times. The location was fabulous to go to party down on Broadway - lots of fun. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. Would stay there again but would be more aware of pitfalls.

| Friendly and helpful staff. Nice workout room and the pool was actually warm enough to swim in. Modern decor. Very clean rooms with very comfortable beds.
