| Staff was very friendly. We first were assigned a room on the lower level and as we entered our room, it reeked "smoker room" when we had asked for "non-smoking". We immediately called the front desk and the lady that helped us was very accomodating and immediately transferred us to the 9th floor/balcony view room...it was wonderful! All the furniture, draperies, bed and linens were all new. The king-size bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast of "made to order" omellette, biscuit and gravy, potatoes, bacon, etc. was delicious, the chefs were very friendly! There was internet and email access downstairs in the lobby. The only negative comment I had was that they still allowed smoking in the center atrium, which I thought was bothersome everytime we were downstairs.

| Overall we were very pleased with our hotel stay. It offers a very nice hot breakfast, all you can eat and that's good to have when you're traveling with a family. The room had the most comfortable bed I think I've slept on in a hotel as of yet. The only thing that we had a problem with was the construction going on close to the hotel...but the hotel stay made up for that.

| As you enter the hotel, we were assisted immediately with courtesy and respect. The suite is designed with a private livingroom with a door that separates the bedroom for extra privacy. The bed and all the furnishings of the room are very exquisite. The workmanship of the bed ensemble are beautiful including six pillows. There is enough space for one's clothes and luggages to be accomodated. As for the internet, one can have the luxury to check the email free of charge in the lobby as a courtesy from the hotel except there is a surcharge if you own a laptop that is being used in the privacy of your room. The breakfast is all you can eat from scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, grits, pancakes to bagels and pastries from the buffet or one can order breakfast directly from the chef according to his/her own choice of meal prepared. The whole entire hotel is superb and enough parking and courtesy shuttle, too! I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to spend sometime away from home but still feel as comfortable as home. I give this a A+.

| The first room I was assigned smelled really bad, and the carpet looked as if it had recently been wet. I went back to the desk and immedicately was assigned another which was much better. These rooms could use a decorating makeover however. They were way too retro. The beds were very comfortable however and the attentiveness of the staff was great. The complimentary cooked to order breakfast was very good and an exceptionally nice amenity.

| The hotel itself was nice, but the "free" made to order the next morning was unbelievable and the tropical atmosphere in the lobby where tables were set up was perfect. Location was convenient and most of the staff were very helpful. We did get one server in the afternoon who actually told us he was too busy to wait on us in the cafe so we left.

| Beautiful hotel. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Magnificent deal for the price. Only problem is that I did not receive requested wake call, but had made alternative arrangement since most hotels aren't great with that service. Since my daughter will be attending TN State, this WILL be my hotel of choice for visits. FREE breakfast on weekends.
