Hotel was clean and had a nice continental breakfast. Rooms were just normal hotel rooms although the small balcony was a neat bonus. We had a room without the balcony on the first night and it was noticeably smaller and felt cramped. Refrigerator and microwave were nice to have in the room. Indoor pool was cold but a nice size, outdoor pool temperature was much warmer but a bit smaller in size. Both were clean and well stocked with towels and chairs. Not a bad hotel by far but for the price I would probably try another place next time.

We were looking for a more upscale lodging, which is hard to find in Branson, where most hotels/motels are of the budget variety. We expected much more for the price and were disappointed. The pictures on the internet were much more impressive than the actual room we had. Although the room was clean and service was good, it was very basic. The bed was too firm and the bathroom was very small. We could have had a similar room at a lower price at one of the budget motels, so we would probably not stay here again.

Great location and atmosphere. Everything you need at your fingertips. Wonderful and welcoming staff. Private balconies, cool pool, fitness room, and continental breakfast every morning!! Rooms nice and clean. Beds were a little hard for my taste, but not uncomfortable. Located right across from Ride the Duck which is a must see!

It was a nice hotel in a good location. My only complaint was the room was extremely small for a family of 4.

the breakfast should have a better variety-such as croissant, whole wheat bread etc...not only white bread and white english muffins. also, fresh fruits and plain yogurt and a richer coffee. they should review the breakfast because it is too plain and nothing special.

The bed was hard and pillows were flat. The overall decor of the hotel common areas (Victorian) appeared tacky. The breakfast was skimpy compared to what most hotels offer today. In our room I had to request shampoo and regular coffee as they were not in the room when we checked in. The shower head did not spray very well and the shower head was set very low, bad for tall people. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff is very polite and helpful. When I needed a wheel chair for one our members, the manager was able to give a phone number of some one who who could help. They are building a new indoor pool and spa, hope to have it done by June. The rooms are neat & clean: microwave, frig, coffee pot, blow driver, even an ironing board & iron!!! They serve tea & homemade cookies also along with breakfast.
