| We pulled the night stand away from the wall and found old food wrappers and six weeks worth of dirt. The doors haven't been painted in years. The carpets are filthy. The mattresses are cheap. Hotel desk clerk was missing many of her front teeth.

| I stayed at this hotel for one night, and I think one more might be my maximum. Although clean and comfortable for a short stay, it was also very noisy late at night (other guests). This was a bit annoying. Personally, I had a very difficult time opening up the door to the room every time I tried, but perhaps this could be a mechanical failure and can be replaced. T.V. remote buttons didn't work very well, so I had to adjust the television manually. Not a big deal for me, because I mostly needed a place to sleep. If that's what you're looking for, this place will do fine. If you're looking for more comfort for your vacation, I would choose another location.

| The Motel was clean & comfortable. I did speak with the manager about there free breakfast. They had sugar type cereal only. Whole milk only. No kind of juice. Kids would love it.

| Comfortable beds, decent sized rooms and nice amenities for the price. Not expecting continental breakfast, but was a nice surprise. Hotel employees overall were friendly. Hotel was located in a decent spot of downtown -- close to lots of restaurants.

| Very dirty. If we hadn't paid in advance we would have went somewhere else. Afraid to step on the floor without our shoes on.

| I recently visited the park inn and suites in appleton, Wi. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, it was unclean, cobwebs everywhere, doors were broken so they wouldn't close. While we were there also the person at the front desk was asleep on the job, curtains were hanging by strings. It was just extremely horrible.
