| This is a great hotel. The staff here is very professional, courteous and helpful and the hotel is comfortable with a wide range of amenities. There is a restaurant on-site, room service is highly available, and there are a variety of other amenities such as bar, solarium, pools. We would not even think of staying at another hotel in Frankfurt after staying here. This hotel has shuttle service to the airport (about 15-20 minutes away) and will even take care of your rental car for you if you have one. Pre-arrange both shuttle service and car rental in advance. We stay in quite a few hotels and most are fine, but we would definitely come back here for comfort and quality/range of service.

| While the facilities and ambience are truly remarkable at the Kempinski Gravenbruch, the staff outshines all else. Accommodating and courteous beyond all expectations, they made every aspect of our stay enjoyable. The rooms at the Kempinski are a pleasant departure from the modern decorating found in many luxury hotels, and offer a warm, country atmosphere - without sacrificing any amenities or conveniences available to guests. The services are also excellent - we enjoyed relaxing massages and their pool during our stay (have a "Swimming Pool" drink while you're down at the pool). Also be sure to make time for a dinner at the Torschanke restaurant - you will not find a more relaxed, comfortable environment. (Don't miss the Spinatrahm soup there either.)

| This hotel was a perfect spot for our family. Just far enough outside the city of Frankfurt to leave the noise behind, but close enough for a run into the city to eat. The staff was absolutely wonderful. They upgraded us to a suite since my husband came from Afghanistan to have his R&R. The only complaint I have is with the bed pillows. TOO flat and hard. The bathroom is huge for hotel standards and has at least a 6 foot in length bathtub. The fresh rose in a vase was such a nice touch. Do not hesitate to stay here. We certainly will again!
