| The information we had been looking at before we took the trip said the hotel had a free shuttle to and from the strip in Las Vegas. When we arrived, there was a sign taped to the front desk saying the shuttle was no longer available. For travellers that are not renting a car because they are counting on the shuttle they have read about, that is truly an inconvenience. All of the lighting in the room was very dim. One of our bulbs went out above the kitchenette, so I asked housekeeping to replace the bulb. When we came back, it still wasn't working. We flipped the switch up and down a couple of times, and the lights flickered. The second day we were there, it rained all day long. When we arrived back at the hotel after sightseeing, there were plastic tubs with dirty rain water and towels all over the floor in the entrance and throughout the hotel and casino to catch all the leaks from the ceiling. We had to request several refunds as well for the vending machines and the laundry machines. The 1 elevator was only big enough to hold 1 person and maybe 2 suitcases.10 years ago, this may have been a nice place. However, it wasn't an enjoyable or relaxing atmosphere. I don't even feel as though it was inexpensive enough to overlook its' faults. Will never recommend it to anyone.

| Hopefully we will be going back next year. There are a few things we will do different but all in all the trip was fun.

| The hotel was older and dark on the inside. Staff were helpful but atmosphere was dreary. There was plenty of parking. Overall it was unpleasant and I felt unsafe.

| In-room TV did not work well. Pay movie access did not work. Room was noisey and right above the gambling & sports book. House band music could be heard too much from room. My first try for the hotel and last! Elevator smelled, smokey halls, and restaurant exposed to smoking areas.
