Features
What to expect: Families, vacationers, and school groups appreciate this casual yet well-appointed motel, which is conveniently opposite the driveway into Disneyland Resort. Guests check in at a contemporary lobby with mosaic fireplace and cream-colored marble floors, then proceed to accommodations in a long, beige stucco building with green trim. Amenity highlights: An outdoor swimming pool and spa tub, retiled and resurfaced in 2002, are located in a courtyard midway between guestroom wings, with an outdoor shower, dressing rooms, and sauna nearby. Guests enjoy daily complimentary Continental breakfast served in an upstairs room at Mom's Family Restaurant, next door. Insider tip: Upon check-in, guests are given coupons for daily complimentary Continental breakfasts, served in an upstairs room at Mom's Family Restaurant next to the hotel. The coupons may also be exchanged for Mom's fabulous fruit-topped pancakes, served in the public restaurant section (choosing this option also means that guests must pay out of pocket for juice, coffee, or other items).
Guests of the hotel enjoy a complimentary Continental breakfast each morning. The hotel does not have its own restaurant, but there are several dining options within the surrounding area. Nearby restaurants: Mom's Family Restaurant International House of Pancakes Tony Roma's

| Our rooms were VERY clean and nice. Everything was beyond our expectations. The Continental breakfast was really good except they only offered oranges as the fruit. I would have liked a little more variety. This was a really nice hotel and would definately stay there again.

| The hotel is clean, the service is great and the rates are decent. Another plus is that it is directly across from the entrance to Disneyland.

| The only reason for booking this hotel again would be because of it great location across the street from Disneylands entrance to the park. Front desk did not seem eager/happy to assist. Bathroom tube needs to be replaced, telephone didn't work well when calling the front desk or checking messages. Otherwise, the room over all was comfortable. We're planning to go again because of it's great location, and the bed was very comfortable.

| Pros: very close to main entrance to Disney, California and Downtown Disney. Alot of restaurants that are walking distance. Cons: Room was in so so condition. Bathroom area really needs some improvements. Tub was very worn out and the carpet had a musty smell by the sink. Overall: I would recommend this hotel if you are in a budget, would like to save on parking at disney and if you want to be around alot of restaurants. I had the mini suite which accomodated 4 adults and 3 kids.

| We really enjoyed our stay. While other people where waiting in lines to get on a bus to go back to their hotel, we were already in the pool. Nothing too fancy here but who cares! We had the mini suite which means they add a sofa and a coffee table - worked great for meals and cards.

| If you are a heavy sleeper this is not a bad place to stay. It is very close to the Disneyland Resort. We stayed for 3 nights and I slept only a couple of hours each night. I was on the first floor and all I could hear was stomping all night and then to top it off the next morning, I didn't get my wake up call that I called on. Not a good way to start off the vacation. Each night, the noise got progressively worse. I called the front desk, but nothing was done to make the situation better. The restaurant next door where you get the continental breakfast was gross. There is a Denny's down the street though that we went to the last day of trip. Much better. At least we finally got a decent breakfast. I've never written a review on any hotel that I have stayed at but I felt I needed to this time. One plus was that the housekeeping service was good. If you can handle the noise, then this isn't too bad of a place to stay considering the price compared to the resorts close by.

| Perfect place to go if you are not planning on spending much time in your room and your goal is a cheap place to stay that's very close to Disneyland. The hotel was clean and suited our needs and if your travelling with kids they are so excited to be going to Disneyland that any little things are easily overlooked. Don't recommend the restaurant where the continental breakfast is served. Probably the worst food of our lives. Other restaurants in walking distance are much better.

| Enjoyed the stay and the convenient location of hotel. Able to walk back to room and change into jeans at night. Our party was very comfortable with accomodations. Room was clean and that was important especially since we have a toddler. Our party ranged in age from 56yrs to 23 months. We will go back!! Parking was the only downside. Parking lot is not made for large SUVs, but it is free!

| We traveled with our two small children. This hotel is directly across the street so you can't beat the location or the short walk to the parks. The free breakfast was great for us as we are not fans of eating huge meals before walking all day. The parking is terrible, but once you find a spot, there is no reason to leave it until you checkout. The staff was very friendly and even let us leave our car there after check out until the evening time. The hotel was very clean and the rooms are large. I only have two complaints. The hotel rooms are very dark, but I didn't have to be beautiful to spend all day at an amusement park so it wasn't that big of a deal. My biggest compaint, the headboards on the beds. The are very hard. My 3 year old son bumped his head extremely hard a few times while sleeping and while watching TV. We learned to line the headboard with pillows, but he still managed to bump his head. Other than that, we did like the hotel and would stay there again.
