| the hotel looks good from outside, my room was clean but the air condition was terrible. it was too loud that we decided to turn it off. Moreover, hotel charges $9.99 for internet a day.

| Although the hotel is nice, and the rooms are clean, there are no restaurants in the area and no continental breakfast as supplied by lesser expensive hotels. I found the $ 9.99 daily charge for internet excesive.

| This hotel was "just ok." Our first room smelled of urine. The next room was a lot better. The room service was OK. I requested chocolate milk, but got what looked like Ovaltine and Water:( We had a very good lunch at the restaurant on Friday, when ordering the same items on Sunday, the portions were noticably smaller. We were served outside. Halfway through our lunch a large flying beetle flew onto my plate. I requested half of the meal to be replaced, but was told "no." At that point we were done with the hotel.

| I have made several recent trips to the Los Angeles area and stayed at a variety of hotels. Coming from Northern California, I've been disappointed by the lack of concern for environmentally responsible accommodations. I was pleased to see that the Wyndham Commerce hotel invites visitors to reduce water use by not changing sheets and towels every day. I hope the hotel is making additional efforts that were not apparent to me.
