| The Hilton Inn in Southfield, Michigan was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at and it needs to be closed for training purposes. The service was so bad that I am in the process of writing a complaint letter to the CEO. Need I say more!

| The beds were lumpy and my fellow travelers, said that one of the beds, was smashed on one side, so when you sat on the edge you almost fell off. Full size beds, not very comfortable, don't know why they didn't have queens.

| I was extremely happy with the hotel. Everyone on hand was friendly and helpful and coming in on the late side at night (my 'business' was caring for a Parent in Hospital) I felt just two things could be improved.1. In the hallways, I could smell the chlorine from the pool, but thankfully not in the room. This didn't bother me personally, but someone more sensitive might be affected. 2. Parking in proximity to the front door could be improved. Although everything is well lit at night, the parking is a trek to the front door. Once I found an entry available with my room card, I felt a bit better, but even walking down a long hallway is a bit disconcerting.Eventhough the Hotel is close to the highway, the windows are well insulated and the temp control in the room was fine.All in all, a good stay.

| Hotel was convenient to find with an easy entry, even late at night. Staff was courteous and offered suggestions for restaurants. Security was evident and comfortable.
