| The hotel is rennovating the lobby and other areas, but this did not affect my stay. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the staff were very courteous and helpful. It is convenient to metro, restaurants and other services. I was very pleased.

| The room was in a very bad shape. Carpet was stained, light switches were falling off, bath tub was too old. We asked for two queen beds in the room and thankfully got that comfort! Garage was full for all the 3 days we were there and we had to park our car in the street and hoped our car was safe. Reception was not at all helpful, they wanted us to call them every now and then to know if there is any space in the garage.

| Dont expect that what you chose in your profile to be honored by this Raddison Hotel, I got stuck with the worst room available and they continued to tell me that was the last one available. This place is a JOKE

| Great location and terrific rate for hotel where we wanted to be. The condition of the room was terrible. The carpet dirty, the bathroom worn beyond repair and the hardest mattress since the Ice Age. No concierge service, limited availability of doorman and gift shop seemed to open and close at random.

| I had read some reviews on another site that recommended that you get a new room. i think that i got an old room (stains on carpet) but it was very nice. the bath was all marble and the room was HUGE! my only disappointment was that i couldn't get any good channels on the tv (it was new years eve). but it was very reasonably priced, there were four of us and we were very comfortable. i would definitely stay there again.

| This stay was our 2nd at the Barcelo, recommended by our daughter who lives and works in DC. Great proximity to DuPont Metro or a leisurely walk through Georgetown. Easy auto access to Rock Creek Parkway. Good eating nearby; haven't tried the hotel restaurant yet. Cozy, clean atmosphere with friendly, helpful staff.
