| Our stay at Hyatt in Sarasota FL was very nice. The pool is wonderful and clean and the staff members are so nice. I made one complaint regarding their linens and they gave me and my family free breakfast. I can't say anything bad about them.

| We booked thru expedia and was given a rate with American bkfst included. The hotel gave us such a hard time about it! Luckily we had our computer print out- but then they only wanted to give us the continential bkfst! We had to show yet another person our print out and get it corrected. All together it took about 5 trips to the fnt dsk! This shouldn't have happened. One morning they wanted me to pay $16.95 for a bananna and coffee because I got it from the "American Buffet". (which was included anyway)

| Be sure to reserve a room with a balcony facing South to take advantage of the viw and the sun as it rises.

| Had dificulty obtaining chairs at pool, due to people who were obviously not hotel hotel guest. Just park and walk in.
