| This hotel is located perfectly on the beach. Easy to find and access. Nice parking garage. Hotel is clean, but not well maintained. I'm sure it is probably trashed each year during spring break, so it is understandable. For the price, it is fine. I'm not sure I would want to stay here for a week. No breakfast offered. Staff is friendly.

| The only negative I had is that they do not offer any complimentary breakfast. Good deal for the price.
