| I had to wait over an hour and a half for my room to be cleaned up. I checked in at 5pm 4 hours after check in time, my room still was not done. the floor needed vaccuumed, the bed spread had cigarette burns on it, there was no fitted sheet, and the wallpaper in the bathroom was hanging there half off, the part where the glue was at was molded. totally dissatisfied.

| The room was supposed to be a smoke free room, but it reeked of smoke when we entered it. Our Queen size bed turned out to be a smaller one instead.

| The room was a mess: peeling wallpaper in the bathroom exposing mold, crayon marks all over the wall, a hole in the wall, broken dresser, the security lock on the door was broken. I couldn't believe a Howard Johnson looked like this.
