| The hotel was wonderful for the low price. The staff was helpful and the rooms were clean. The only bad thing was that the beds were uncomfortable!

| Upon check in, the lobby is very impressive, but don't judge a book by it's cover--the open air hallway, capetted with open windows, was soaked from weeks of rain. If you looked out the windows the walkway was lined with mattresses, hopefully not ones they were intending on reusing. We opened the door of our room to find wallpaper pulling away from the walls, a nice desk and chair, an entertainment center that was nice, but blocked 1/2 of the closet. My husband and I pricked our feet on the nails sticking thru the tack strips holding the carpet down by the bathroom. The heating/cooling unit that hangs from the ceiling was caked with dust and debris. Cobwebs hung in the corners. Then there was the constant noise from the rooms next door which included frequent screaming and laughing. It is 4am and we are checking out.

| The heater in the room basically did not work. It was always cold in the room. Customer service was average at best. Continental breakfast was not real good. The lobby looks great but the rooms need major updating and maintenance. No stairs up from the garage and the elevator was lame. I was told there was free parking until I arrived. Then I was told that there was a charge.

| Can't really say that it's a super fantastic place, but it is value for money. The one thing that was a real pain for me was having to lug my bags up the flight of stairs. Sorry folks, no porter or bell boy to help you out, so you'd better travel light mate! Rooms were fair sized and clean. Hot shower was HOT, so it was just right for the cold and wet winter days.
