| Everything was very nice except the rooms have room air conditioner right next to the bed and it was a little noisy. Quiet otherwise and close to the airport.

| The location was convenient for business travelers. Coffee was gone each day by 800am and never refilled. If a room is "smoking," let there be no mistake - it is very much a smoke filled room for the entirety of a stay. If you can get a non-smoking room, do so. The staff all seemed a bit inconvenienced by my questions and need for assistance.

| Hotel personnel warm and friendly on Sat - indifferent on Sunday. Out of coffee on Sunday morning and had to wait a too long for more to be made. The bed in this room was too hard - not just firm - hard. The general condition and cleanliness of this hotel was good.

| We stayed for two nights and found this a really good hotel. The staff were especially courteous and very helpfull. They were the best staff personnel we ever encountered in our travels. Our every request or question was met with politeness and willingness to please. The free buffet breakfast was excellent. Our room was very comfortable. Our only criticism would be that the carpet was in need of replacing and the dresser had a piece broken off. But we would definitely stay here whenever we visit Greensboro again.

| We stayed here for a volleyball tournament which meant that we were supposed to leave the hotel 30 minutes before the complimentary breakfast started (7:00am). We and others in our group asked if the breakfast could start earlier but were told it depended on when the person responsible got there in the morning (this was about 8pm). The next morning breakfast was already up and running by 6:30! The A/C was noisy and the beds too hard, so sleep was somewhat difficult, but most hotel beds are uncomfortable for me.The hotel is located right off I-85 and there are a number of restaurants close by.
