| One of a dozen of hotels in a peculiar strip mall (bedford Park) next to the airport; they are even served by a common shuttle. No frills but you don't expect any for the price. If you need to spend a night waiting for a flight, gets the job done.

| The service and the condition of the hotel were excellent. The only complaint that I had was that the sheets and comforters were so dingy that I thought that they were dirty. When I brought this to the attention of the desk clerk, she apologized and gave me another set of sheets. These sheets looked a little better, but still pretty dingy. I was just glad to know that they were just dingy instead of not being washed at all.

| Good functional hotel. Staff were great. Poor instructions on Internet connections resulted in some frustrations. Cold bacon at breakfast was strange.

| Every staff member was very polite and helpful and greeted us the same way they do in much pricier hotels. Breakfast bar was much better than we expected--even had make-your-own waffles on weekends. Wireless connectivity excellent. Shuttles to airport are good and come within 10 minutes of the phone call. Rooms were *very* small, so if you need to do any stretching/yoga, it was a challenge. Exercise room had 3 treadmills and a cross-trainer. Jacuzzi only open 10AM-10 PM; windows allowed guests and people outside to look in--no privacy and no place to change.Overall pretty decent for business travel.

| The clerks were very helpful upon arrival. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient for travel into the city and to the airport. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

| We enjoyed a comfortable stay, a great breakfast buffet and complimentary shuttle to the airport. The only complaint is the parking fee to leave our car was pricey.

| Room wasn't very clean, a/c unit malfunctioned, mattress was hard, hot tub was luke warm at best.
