| For the price it was a good deal. There are comfortable beds, large showers, and fast check-in. I'll stay there again on my next trip to Mpls.

| Our room didn't include the microwave or refrigerator we expected. We were told that would be extra but they were sold out. Our room never got cleaned till almost 4pm every day and then we were never given fresh towels or paper goods. On our last day, we had to follow the desk clerk to a vacant room to get clean towels because housekeeping never did laundry that day and there were no clean towels in the supply closet. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Our bedspread was filthy and we had to set that aside on the floor so we wouldn't touch it. I was very disappointed in this service at this hotel. There were times we called down to the front desk and no one answered.
