| The reviews and images online did not do this hotel justice. The service was impeccable. We came in around 3 PM and they did not have a standard room available at the time due to the holiday weekend. They immediately upgraded us to a deluxe standard room. Everyone was friendly and whenever you appeared to need assistance someone was always there to help. The beds were heaven and you couldn't have asked for a better location. We will definitely go back to this hotel!

| I have to say that this place is a zoo. Check in was out of control-huge line and forget if you ever have a question because you will have to wait in the line again. The room was one of the newer refurbished rooms. The room was so small, the toilet seat didn't stay up-the sink was clogged and the beds were so uncomfortable that I needed a massage upon returning. Also, if you decide to drive-forget having a parking spot on the weekends-the parking lot was full and we had to park three blocks away and walk back to the hotel in the pouring rain.

| This was my first time in Toronto. The hotel is centrally located. The deluxe room was tasteful and the bed was comfortable. I had a nice balcony which faced the sunset. The bathroom had a ceiling fan that didn't work, which kept it steamy for a long time after showers. The television checkout system didn't work. The cleaning staff was excellent. The problem I had was that my expedia reservation made it clear I had a king bed and when I got there they only had a room with 2 double beds. I had to wait another hour, then 20 minutes in line to get my key later on which was annoying.

| The hotel is centrally located in a good area. Near all the shopping locations, lot's of Pizza stops. The hotel lobby was busy, the room looked great when you walked in. The bathroom was lousy. The bath tub appeared to be clean butit had bath stains, you couldn't tell if itwas clean or dirty. The bathroom sink facets were loose. The floors appeared to be dirty. They need to be cloroxed down. We got lost several times the directions need to be redone some of the exists do not exist. I will come back only if I can see the bathroom first.

| Our room was a deluxe room that was newly remodled. It was comfortable and clean. Both of our requests (non-smoking and 2 double beds) were met. Our 11 year old enjoyed the pool and waterslide. Very convenient to the subway. Concierge very helpful.

| The outside of the hotel looks run down and could use a face lift. The inside was much nicer. the room was nicely decorated. The pool slide was great for the kids.

| The room was dirty, carpeting is way passed its life expectancy and dirty. I can not believe there was no bag for the ice bucket. I called the front desk and was informed they do not use bags. That is disgusting.
