| Although I was only there for one night I was totally impressed with the service of the hotel staff. Although I could not bring my drink from the bar up to the room, room service delivered full martini service to my room within 10 minutes of making the call. Also, the restaurant staff was very friendly and attentive and made several recommendations for good meal options and wine pairings. The hotel had a cozy feel with its large fireplace and wood floors. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient and even the shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

| Bathroom small...ironing board broken...ice room door would not open...elevator painfully slow...restaurant mediocre...parking overpriced. I'd pick a different spot next time.
