| Great hotel, very comfortable, and clean, easy access off express way, excellent and friendly staff, fast room service, great breakfast and hotel food in general, but if want to change the menu there are several restaurants very close, I recommend OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE

| Great service. The people at the hotel restaurant are very friendly. One negative thing about the rooms, like 99% of the hotels, carpets are not clean enough.

| We stayed at this hotel because all of the downtown hotels were booked. It was very close to the train and getting downtown was easy. The room was fine, the big king bed was comfy. The only problem was that the non-smoking room smelled of smoke, so it was probably recently a smoking room.

| The hotel was clean. The rooms were quite small though. The price through Expedia was worth the stay; but, if I had to pay the hotel price, it would be too expensive for a small room. The staff was courteous at the front desk and room service. The hotel bar and grill was an unpleasant experience. The bar on a SUnday at noon was filled. There was only one waitress and she was very rude. Other than that, the stay was good.

| This hotel has an adjoining parking lot with the Cumberland Blue Line CTA stop. I can't believe they don't have a giant banner ad on their homepage about this wonderful perk. Our trip was not business related, so we were able to take advantage of the CTA connection to get to and from the city fast and easily. The hotel itself was undergoing some minor remodeling, but other than that - great place to stay! The pool is awesome and the beds had really comfortable mattresses and duvet coverings.
