This hotel is in a great location the view is wonderfull! The people here are very nice and the mall inside the hotel WOW! Who would have ever known! The only thing I didn't really like was the rooms were not nearly as comfortable as other Westin hotels that I have stayed at in the past! And it looks like the rooms could use some updating and remodeling.

Great service, great accommodations, very nice environment. there is a three story mall right in the hotel, the entrance is surrounded by a beautiful waterfall and rainforest type scenery that really adds to the atmosphere. Great fitness room with cable tvs and headphones on all the treadmills, nice touch. Wish I could have stayed longer, but it was a very short business trip.

Service was nothing short of spectacular. Carved out of the bluffs of the Missouri River, the design of the hotel is truly unique. And super great location for downtown travelers. Great restaurants in the neighborhood.

My husband and I really enjoy staying at westin hotels, because the beds are so very heavenly. Although the westin in Kansas City seems to be a little dated compared to other westin hotels, I will return. The gym and pool are great and make up for the somewhat dated decor in the hotel rooms.

The bed covers were wonderful-so fluffy and comfortable. The view was wonderful. There was not a lot going on around there on a Saturday night. We were not impressed with the places to eat, so we had to drive to eat. I think for the money, I would stay elsewhere.

The hotel is somewhat dated in appearance. The rooms at first glance look nice, but they need some work. It looks like it is time for renovations. The staff was very eager to please.

I have to admit to being a clean freak and this hotel was very clean. No mold or grout grime in the bathroom, no moldy musty smells even in the pool area downstairs, pristine white lines on the beds, and carpets that didn't turn your white socks dark after walking through the room (a lot). The only thing that I would have changed is the fact that our room didn't have a microwave in the room and you really don't realize how much you depend on those things until you don't have one in your room. I have stayed here more than once and have never been disappointed with the wonderful service, the luxurious accomodations, or the easy access to the Crown Center Mall and movie theaters. If you like sushi, I highly recommend the Japanese restaurant in the Crown Center Mall called Kabuki's. All around I rate this an "A-". Minus because of the microwave and I'm sure that there has to be a hotel out there that has it all, I've just never been there. Overall one of the best stays in my experience. I used to live in KC and this is definitely one of the top places to stay especially for the price.
