Cozumel Palace All Inclusive Amenities
A coin-operated kiosk in the lobby offers high-speed Internet access. A shop in the hotel sells gifts, sundries, snack foods, beachwear, and liquor. A beauty shop contains two massage rooms and also offers facials, body scrubs, waxing, and hair and nail care. The hotel purifies its water.

Recreation
An independently operated dive shop at the hotel offers scuba-diving instruction, including a beginner's course, a refresher course, an advanced course, and a certification course. The shop also arranges reef, wall, wreck, and night dives and snorkeling tours, and rents scuba diving and snorkeling gear. The hotel maintains complimentary lockers for gear next to the dive shop.

Cozumel Country Club offers an 18-hole golf course 3 miles (4.75 km) from the resort.

The recreational activities listed below are available either on-site or near the hotel; fees may apply.

Features
What to expect: Attracted by the hotel's dive shop, its casual ambience, and its proximity to downtown shopping, dining, and nightlife, hard-core scuba divers—as well as novice snorkelers looking for sun and accessible coral heads—come here year-round.

Amenity highlights: Surrounded by a sundeck, a large seafront pool features a swimup bar and a shallow children's section. Expansive sun terraces furnished with thatched-roof palapas flank the hotel's waterfront restaurant. Stairs on a dock lead down to the calm, transparent Caribbean Sea fronting the hotel. Coral heads lie near the stairs for snorkelers, and a reef just offshore provides scuba diving opportunities.

Insider tip: Cozumel's fanciest shopping and dining mall, Punta Langosta, is within walking distance, a half-mile (0.75 km) away.

Turquesa - International/Italian cuisine served. Breakfast and lunch buffets featured; dinner a la carte. Open daily.

MoMoNoHaNa - Asian cuisine. Dinner a la carte. Open daily.

Bugambilias - Mexican cuisine served. Dinner a la carte. Open daily.

My husband and I just got back from a five day stay. Everything was awesome! The rooms, the food, the drinks and the snorkeling were great. We rented a scooter for 24hrs and got to explore the island. Dzul Ha is just about a 15min ride and it is the same snorkeling reef as Chankanaab, but they do not charge you to snorkel there. Also, if you get a chance walk into town on Sunday night for some music and dancing in the town square.

I have traveled to hundreds of hotels through my work, and I have rarely found a hotel whose entire staff is friendlier than the Cozumel Palace. Being our first experience with an all inclusive resort, we were a bit concerned about the quality. Our concerns were completely unfounded though because the staff from check in through to our last dinner was incredible. The food was excellent. We enjoyed every meal. The rooms were big, comfortable, and very clean. Our kids had a blast at the pool and jumping off the dock into the ocean. A wonderful, relaxing week. A couple of the staff even surprised us with our own, personal Mexican Hot Chocolate, a delicacy my wife enjoyed growing up. We simply asked our waiter & hostess if they had any Mexican Hot Chocolate. They did not, but they told us to come to them tomorrow for it. They personally went to the store and bought it specifically for us. It was held in the hotel kitchen where they made it for us every night. Now that is service. The only criticism of the hotel chain is their sales pitch to join their club. The check-in hostess is obviously trained to push it. We took them up on their offer to hear the pitch because we enjoyed the hotel so much. Unfortunately, after refusing the deal with our very kind salesman we were handed over to two progressively ruder managers. Clearly the worst day of the trip.

Just got back from a five night stay at this resort and it was almost perfect. The food was excellent and the service was superb. We especially enjoyed the unlimited premium cocktails while basking in the sun by the pool.

We got the royal treatment from all the staff at this hotel. The minute we walked in the front door we were greeted with a cold, wet towel to cool off with and a glass of champagne. We had a few hours to kill before our room was ready, but we were able to take advantage of all the services that they provide. The room was amazing. The bed was very comfortable compared to other hotels in Mexico I've stayed. The room was cleaned from head to toe on a daily basis. Food and drinks were above my expectations. They had top shelf liquor. The only beer that they served was Dos XX. I have told my friends about this hotel. I'll be returning for sure.

Cozumel Palace was amazing.....and CLEAN! It was cleaner than any hotel I have visited in the US. It is the perfect place to go and relax, the resort is very quiet at night. But, we just wanted peace and quiet and that is what we got. The rooms were beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff was great! We cannot wait to go back!
