| The first impression was: so tiny room! The second impression: the location is just perfect. If you want to explore Seattle walking this is a good choice. But! Do not expect luxury or something like this. It is standard hotel with good cleaning and air-conditioner but nothing more. Do not stay inside! Go out and enjoy the sight-seeings of Seattle!

| Nice clean hotel but very expensive parking $22/night, room service, Internet, as well as everything else. There was no view at all (some old plumbing & pipes) and very noisy from outside. My car got several scratches at the vallet parking. I expected much better service for price I paid to stay at this hotel.

| This was not our first visit to the Roosevelt, and certainly not the last. Althought the bathrooms are smaller than usual, I love the ambiance and quality of this hotel. The service is wonderful and it is close to all that downtown has to offer. It is our #1 choice when staying in Seattle.

| The Roosevelt is great, if you're a shopper, but if you're a bather, some (all?) of the rooms don't have bathtubs.

| Great hotel! In downtown Seattle, within walking to all of downtowns attractions. Bought the cheapest room on the top floor, the view was BEAUTIFUL! Room was small and the bathroom was outdated but the view made up for it. The hotel staff was amazing. Kind, helpful, four star service. I WILL be back here!

| This hotel is centrally located in Seattle, within walking distance of most of the major attractions. It is a very good value, and has one of the most popular bars in the city.

| Room was very small. Reservation was for 4 adults, we had to call for enough towels. Thermostat defective - had to turn it down to 50 to get A/C to come on.

| The only issue I would have with the hotel is that there is no free wireless network access; this in a city where the city buses have wi-fi!! Unfortunately, the paid(exhorbitant) wireless connection they did have was through another wireless provider who had very bad signal in my room and I saw other guests worried about it too. So, if you are looking to have internet connection, this is not the place to stay. Otherwise, everything else was very good.

| Nice location, tiny room, tacky furnishings nd the bellboy (old man ) acted like this was his first job. I would never go back there.
