| The service was great, the hotel and rooms were clean. The pool was wonderful. Now saying all of that I was disappointed in the beds - very firm - so much so I couldn't sleep. Also the toliet tissue was about the worse I've ever seen. Outside of that it was great.

| The hotel was a good deal for the amount we paid. Front desk person seemed a bit grouchy at check in but we all have our moments so not a real big deal. The room was clean and the pool area was nice. About the only complaint I have is that the bagel I grabbed on the way out was stale! I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

| Older property with low ceilings. Our room was clean and comfortable. Pool is at rear of hotel facing a parking lot with no landscaping but we enjoyed the jacuzzi. The breakfast included waffles every day with eggs & sausage every other day. Nice selection of breads, bagels, juices and cereals. The afternoon cookies and evening soup was a nice touch. Good location within walking distance to several restaurants. We would go back.

| I just returned from a 4 day long weekend in Scottsdale, having stayed at Country Inn Suites while we were there. The price is great, and I suppose you get what you pay for. It is very close to everything and quiet. The pool is maintained and the deck chairs seem sufficient. There is a big bin of towels available in the pool area for guests. The free breakfast in the morning is exactly as described. We saw a bit of a crowd in the breakfast room, but that's not Country Inn's fault. It was just hard to move around and the staff could barely keep up with replenishment. (My friend who drinks coffee said that the coffee was bad.) When we checked in, we were given a room that was in the middle of an a/c repair. No huge deal - the front desk immediately gave us another. I just mention this as it appears that the internal staff communication could be better. The property is starting to show age. The hallways are on the dark side and our bed linens had small tears - one bed had a tear in the bedskirt and the other had one in the sheets. The room was very clean, however. A small note fyi... all of the rooms with a separate sitting room face the pool. If you are requesting a basic room, you will have a view of parking lots. The Inn offers a free shuttle service within 5 miles. We didn't use this but it seemed like a nice touch. Overall it was fine - but I'd probably go somewhere else next time. Scottsdale has so many places in this price range that I'd take my chance on a different one.
