| The hotel was beautiful. The shuttle to the airport started its schedule at 4am, which was great for an early flight. The rooms were spacious. My only wish was that the King Size suite had more than one bathroom - anyone staying on the Queen Size fold-out bed had to go into the master bedroom to use the restroom. Other than that, it couldn't have been a better experience!

| Very nice property. Nice sized rooms. We had a maintenance issue, but it was fixed pretty quickly. There was not enough help on check in and felt that we had to wait too long, but overall would definately reccomend and would go back myself.

| Greeted immediately upon entering hotel. We were able to check in early and our floor had recently been renovated. The manager's evening reception was great - we sat in the courtyard and had a few drinks and some cheese and crackers. The shuttle service to the airport was fantastic. Two negatives: No bathroom fan and no sleep timer on the remote controls.

| We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very nice and the rooms were great. The beds were very comfy. The free happy hour and breakfast were awesome. It made our stay top notch. The only bad thing was the pool and hot tub. They were kind of dirty. There was a pop bottle in the bottom of the pool, and the bottom looks very dirty. There was also stuff floating in the hot tub that we had to remove. Other than that we would definitely go back.

| Hotel staff exceeded expectations. The Mall schuttle service was extremely helpful. With very young boys we missed a late schuttle back to the hotel and knew they would not wait until the next one, after a call to reception the schuttle returned just for us...thank you!

| Hotel is about a block from the light rail station (takes about 30 minutes to get to downtown Minneapolis) and a short shuttle ride (provided by hotel) to the Mall of America. There's not much near the hotel itself, but there's plenty to do at the mall and the light rail takes you pretty much into the heart of town, with quick access to restaurants and entertainment.

| It was avery good place to stay. My only complaint was the microwave was so old it couldn't pop popcorn. Take advantage of the managers breakfast and bar. Both were great. Made to order breakfast and top rail drinks at night.

| Our family of 4 stayed at the Embassy Suites at our recent trip to the Mall of America. After two full days of shopping we were ready to relax in our hotel room. This is the first time we ever got a suite with two spacious rooms, two TV's, and a dining table. The kids went in one area and watched TV, and my husband and I enjoyed the other room watching the NASCAR race. No fighting about the TV and getting in each other's hair! The only downfall was the pool was very busy and the kids didn't want to swim when it was so crowded. The breakfast buffet was also a hit with us. It was crowded in the dining area so we opted for bringing our breakfast back to the room and enjoyed it in the nice quiet comfort of our room. The teenager especially loved the fact that she could go on the lobby computer and chat with her friends and give them the latest detailes of the deals she got at the mall. No doubt we will choose the Embassy Suites again when we return to the Twin Cities area again.

| The only problem was the tempature in the room. The living room was alot cooler than the sleeping room, but all the "extras" made me forget about this little incident. Excellent place to stay!!
