| The staff was extremely helpfull and pleasant. Had a minor problem, and they jumped on it and rectified it right away. I would highly recommend this hotel.

| For the money, this was a great value and convenient to many area attractions. The full kitchen (with full size fridge and range)would be great for longer stays. I will definitely stay here again.

| Staff was very pleasant. No problems with checking in early. Small pool but very suitable. Clean towels and beds made daily. Room was very clean, comfortable and no strange smells. Plenty of parking. High ceilings, not much noise, very quiet at night! 3 smoke alarms in each room. Very secure. Keycard entry for both inside and outside doors. 15 minutes from King's Island, very worth it. Cincy Zoo not worth the money!! Beach Waterpark not worth the money (overcrowded & overpriced)!!

| We have 3 teenagers and decided to try this hotel because they offered suites. The rooms were large and my teens were quite impressed with the amount of room they had.
