| Booked this hotel at the last minute to watch the WEBN fireworks. It was convenient to everything - we walked to the restaurant to eat, then walked to the river to watch the fireworks display, then walked back to catch a few drinks at a local watering hole. The room wasn't fancy, but was clean and reasonably comfortable. Served the purpose of a place to park and sleep for a night of partying. It was perfect for what we needed it for.

| This is a very old hotel. They try to keep it clean and the people were very nice. It just isn't in any condition to allow it to happen. The walls are paper thin and the beds are terrible. If you are younger, with no kids, and just want a place to crash or party near Great American Ball Park, it will do just fine. They do have a nice complimentary continental breakfast.

| The room condition and maintenance of the hotel was horrible. The first room I stayed in was musky and smelled of mildew. The second room was clean but had been neglected, it need general maintenance and renovation.

| Issues with locks on room doors. Moved 3 times before finding one that maintenance could unlock. Hallways smelled. Bathrooms need a serious update. Will never stay at this place again.

| We visited Cincinnati in July for a weekend Reds series. We booked on-line with price in mind. We were prepared for minimal amenities, but were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is clean and comfortable, with somewhat dated carpets and furnishings. Overall a good stay. We have rebooked for an Auguast series.

| First, the front desk is on the 8th floor. It just feels weird and inconvenient. The valet service was a choice...they park your car for 1 price dollars or you park it yourself for a lower price. I parked it myself and it wasn't that bad once I had done it the 1st time. However, add the $ to your room cost per night to get your real room expense. The room itself was small and didn't have 2 Queen beds like we were expecting. They were 2 double beds which made it bad for us since we had 3 ppl staying. Although the room seemed clean, it just had an "old" feel to it...especially the bathroom where the water would never get cold, the toilet needed to have the handle held down for a good flush and the tub had stains in the bottom. This hotel is really struggling to hold onto its 3 star rating and I feel should really have a star taken off.

| The hotel was neat and clean. My room was nice and comfy; however, be prepared to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste -- I didn't see any there. Thankfully, I brought my own. Also, there is a CVS right across the street from the hotel, so that's convenient. Hotel was at a convenient location, near different centers and galleries.
