| We had a great week at this hotel. Our party consisted of 5 rooms and 26 people ranging in ages 2-62. All of us had a good time and loved the roominess of each of our rooms. The fully equipped kitchens came in very helpful with such a big group. This is definetely not a luxury hotel but is great for families and couples alike. The onsite restaurant was open and food was good. Housekeeping staff not the greatest or friendliest.

| We really enjoyed the location as it was quiet and serene. Even though you may travel to Hawaii to see the sites, this room was great to relax and unwind after a days activities.

| Such a wonderful surprise how beautiful the room and grounds were. Stayed 3 days and wish we could have stayed 10. Very much worth the money. 2 adults and 2 teenagers, the space was worth it. Stock up at grocery store just up the hill and your set. Rooms were clean and well decorated. Lots of shopping and food just a short drive.

| All the rooms are very large, spotless and very well decorated. The kitchen was full of appliances with keeping every single detail in mind. That helped us a great deal with 3 kids. Excellent staff, very helpful with tour info, dinning and activities details. We'll certainly stay there on our next trip in 3 years.

| We were very well pleased with this property. The location is great - close enough to Kona, but far enough away to be quiet and private. Our condo unit was perfect - staff was friendly and helpful.

| my family stayed there for nine nights and we loved it. We loved the roominess of it and the location. We were able to cook outside at the grills or in our rooms, do laundry or just hang out at the pools. The only negative comment I have is that the ocean pool closed too early (6 pm) and there was still no restaurant on site. They seem to have the facilities for it out at the pool but nobody to run it. The rooms could have been a little cleaner.
