| Let me start off saying saying the staff was great, very helpful and pleasant to speak to. the hotel was in good condintion except for the elevator that made alot of noise while in motion (as in noises it shouldn't) and the room was clean. But, the A/C in our room made a lot of noise all thru the night and the matteress was very uncofortable. Overall, if you are using this hotel as a one night place to stay, definately. If you are looking for more than one night I would not recommend it.

| would be a great place if Phoenix were not so miserably hot and the ac unit was quiet and efficient. The room was comfortable with all the necessary amenities no frills - a good deal for the money.

| I did not expect too much from an airport hotel, but Sleep Inn surpassed expectations. The front desk personnal were very friendly and helpful. Thanks to the computer/printer in the lobby, we were able to print out our boarding passes. The airport shuttle delivered us on time the next morning, hassle-free. We didn't have enough time for breakfast, but thought it was a wonderful touch. The rooms were quiet, especially given that we could see airplanes landing from our window. Since the hotel was in a small hotel-park, we were even able to stroll a bit.

| Th is hotel is close to Sky Harbor Airport and has a complimentary shuttle. The hotel is not fancy, but clean, the staff was friendly, and it was priced right (which is difficult to find during the winter months in Phoenix). I would recommend this hotel for travelers just passing through.

| Very accomadating for travelers; parked for 3 days at a reasonable rate and was transported to airport. Noise from the floor above was extreme when guests entered and dropped luggage and moved furniture at 1 am.

| Really liked the free breakfast, especially the coffee and waffles. Also enjoyed the bagels and cream cheese. The pool was a little too warm, not much different from the hot tub. The hot tub was perfect, but the pool should be several degrees cooler. The staff was helpful in providing extra pillows and blankets, and extra towels.

| Beautiful, clean, comfortable hotel. Shuttle service to and from airport runs constantly. It was great. Room was spotless. Front desk people were wonderful. Really knew their jobs. Great complimentary breakfast. Not just donuts and coffee. Many pilots stay here (should tell you something). Wish we could have stayed longer. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here next time we visit Phoenix!

| Hotel was convenient to airport, clean, comfortable. Excellent staff. Great breakfast included in room rate (waffles, cereal, muffins, etc.) No evening dining facility, but the Hilton (right across the street) has a wonderful restaurant and sports bar with a Happy Hour and limited bar menu.

| I chose this hotel based on proximity to my convention and price. Everything exceeded my expectations... I will definitely stay here again. Very clean and quiet, and I was on the bottom floor next to the stairwell facing the freeway!!! The housekeeping staff even went to the extra trouble of making fancy folds in the toilet paper roll - it's the extras that make this hotel great.
