| We were very pleased with the services provided. Whatever we requested, they provided immediately. The view was great. The staffs were very polite and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were soft. There were free shuttle to Waikiki beach and some shopping areas every 1/2 hour. I would recommend going to Ala Moana beach (a few minutes walk) since it's less crowded and just as beautiful.

| you expect a hotel to be clean, well maintained, and comfortable, but for being a 4 star hotel you dont even have access to a microwave in your room you have to rent it per day... on top of that, if your bringing food from outside they dont provide you with a public microwave where you can go heat up your food and its the hotels policie not to heat up food for you. I just think if your paying so much for a hotel atleast include a microwave or somewhere to heat up food

| We stayed 17-21 August. We had a room on a high-up floor (28) - only after requesting a move because the original room smelled musty and was right above the pool. The room was shockingly small for the price, for two people staying four days we were constantly shifting our belongings around. For example, there wasn't room for our two 22" rollaways to lie open on a luggage rack in the closet. One nice feature was a large safe in the closet. In all, the hotel was a little shabby around the edges - carpet slightly stained, light mildew in the shower, musty smelling. While not in Waikiki Beach proper, the walk over was easy and there was a regular shuttle back and forth that was great. The staff was friendly. Room service lacked vegetarian options, as did the restaurants. The quality of the room service we did order was surprisingly low and spare for the price we paid.

| We had very pleasant stay in Hawaii Prince Hotel. The staff members were extremely nice and resourceful. If you love Japanese food, you definitely do not want to miss the Sushi Buffet offered each Fri, Sat, and Sun at one of Hotel's restaurants, Hakone; pricy but worth every penny. However, the furniture in the room we stayed showed worn out and definitely need some fix up.

| If you want to stay far away from the crowds this is the place to stay. I would rather have stayed closer to Waikiki Beach. I wasn't to impressed with the concierge. I didn't feel that they were sincerely wanting to help me. Also the directions were not detailed enough. Driving around was difficult because the streets were one way. Other than that the service was great!

| Rooms were comfortable & clean, well-stocked with towels & linen. All hotel employees were courteous & helpful, & treated us like we were important to them. Valet service was prompt & the valets were pleasant, as were the staff at the Prince Court restaurant. The view was spectacular.

| I picked this hotel after spending countless hours of researching for hotels in Hawaii. The price for this hotel is reasonable and it seemed clean. When we arrived the hotel staff upgraded our room from the 9th to the 17th floor for free. We valet parked our car for the whole 6 days and we were extremely satisfied with the whole staff. This is a great hotel to stay at because it was near everything. It was near the Ala Moana shopping center and just a short walk away from waikiki beach area. Overall, the staff and the cleaning ladies were wonderful.

| We were in a Prince Suite. It was perfect for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers). There were 2 bedrooms with a large living room. The suite had 120 degree wrap around floor to ceiling windows in the living room facing the ocean. With the windows I did not miss having a balcony. The view was tremendous. The windows also have large sections that open. With the windows fully open it feels like your on a large balcony with a couch and television. The hotel is located right at the entrance of a small boat marina and within walking distance of Waikiki and Ala Moana beaches. Being on the seventh floor the marina and traffic got a little noisy. If I stay there again I would definetly ask for a room on the fifteenth floor or above.

| hotel staff very friendly; room is clean but could use a fan in the bathroom; shower stall is very small; provides complimentary coffee and 2 bottles of water everyday; they raved about the "Hakone" sushi buffet but it was very dissapointing; Prince court has excellent buffet, worth the price; hotel location is very convenient as it's walking distance to many shops and other restaurants; provides shuttle service every 30 minutes to waikiki beach, international market, galleria. swimming pool is fairly small and gets quite windy in the afternoon; all in all, it's a very comfortable hotel at a very reasonable price.
