| They know they have you for 1 night between flights, and you are unlikely to return if you can possibly avoid it. That said we've stayed in worse and it was clean... Avoid room service if you can. Enough said

| We stayed in the hotel from 11:00 pm Saturday night to 4:30 am Sunday morning, in order to catch a 5:50 am flight. Upon arrival, no bellman was available to unload my bags from my brother's car onto their trolley. I went and got the trolley and loaded my bags myself. A bellman did appear at the front desk after I had registered. He took my bags up to the room with his hand out looking for a tip. Upon checkout the desk was rebooting their systems and I never got a receipt, even though they took my email address and promise to email me the bill. It's been 2 days and I've received nothing. No bill was slipped under my door either. Service that night left a lot to be desired. We arrived tired and left tired. I spent a lot of money for no rest and little quality of service. I did get a lift to the airport in their Marriott van after waiting ten minutes for 2 couples who were late getting to the front door.

| Staff was very friendly and service as excellent. Bathrooms and shower were very small. King size bed was very comfortable. Room was older, but clean.

| Marriott LaGuardia is worth the stay. Didn't agree with fee charged to guests to park their cars, however I was lucky to find parking on the street. Traveling to the city was not bad if you don't mind riding the bus to the train station. The bus stop is in front of the hotel which was convenient and then a short ride to the train station. A car is not really needed unless you are traveling to Long Island. Shuttle Service to airport was pleasant and overall service from staff was pleasant and helpful.

| The check in process was worry free and staff was very helpful. There is a breakfast buffet for a cost. The shuttle service was prompt.

| It's location, across the street from the airport, is very convenient. Room is comfortable, although somewhat small. Cost for internet use is higher than normal, plus they add tax! Steinway Restaurant is very nice.

| This was a perfectly fine choice at La Guardia. The hotel was busy. The staff graciously helped with transportation; the shuttle ran regularly and efficiently. The bar staff were friendly and highly competent. The room was comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.
